Under no circumstances shall Plantfolio or TerraSwap, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
Products
All products and services are delivered by TerraSwap, LLC. You can access all products through the Plantfolio menu.
Images and Printing
When creating and printing signage using Plantfolio, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and licenses for all images you use. You must verify that you are authorized to use each image for your intended purpose, including commercial printing, before printing. Plantfolio provides a platform to help you create plant signage; the decision to use any image in printed materials is yours, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
Payments
Plantfolio does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third party online payment provider.
